The mayor of Cartagena and head of the Area of ​​Social Services and Equality, Ana Belén Castejón, met last Thursday, February 22 with those responsible for the Red Cross in the Region.

The manager of the Local Development and Employment Agency of Cartagena, Manolo Mora, attended this meeting;

the new head of the Red Cross of Cartagena, Purificación López;

the president of the Red Cross in the Region, Faustino Herrero;

and the secretary general in Murcia, José Luis Morera.

At the meeting, the commitment to strengthen the coordination between the City Council and the entity has been consolidated, in order to continue strengthening the actions of the Red Cross in the municipality.
