The counselor of Transparency, Participation and Spokesperson, Noelia Arroyo, has been named godmother of the Grouping of the Holy Sepulcher and the Expolio de Jesús of the Brotherhood of Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno and will process Good Friday in Cartagena.

Noelia Arroyo, who received today the Board of Directors of the group in the Palacio Aguirre, thanked "from the heart" the appointment.

"I am delighted, I am very excited to go back to dressing up as a nararena, as when I was a little girl".
