The municipal group of Podemos believes that some of the actions that the Government made should not be built with the money for the so-called Barrios Plan, since once again they are forgotten other councils or districts much more degraded in the municipality, and abandoned for decades by the Administration, as is the case of Los Mateos, Santa Lucia, San Antón, Barriada Virgen de la Caridad, Villalba, Lo Campano, Barrio Peral and Barrio de la Concepción.
CTSSP will ask in the plenary with what criteria the City Council will distribute the subsidy provided by the CARM to attend, with almost one million euros, the amount of infrastructure needs that the neighborhoods and councils of Cartagena have.
