The Contracting Committee of the City Council, chaired by the Councilor for Finance and Contracting, Carmen Martín del Amor, has requested clarifications from the municipal technician who has reported the technical assessment of the six companies that concur to the archaeological maintenance contract and preventive restoration of archaeological sites , before formulating an award proposal.
The purpose of this contract is to maintain eight archaeological sites, such as the Morería Baja colonnade;
the Molinete Archaeological Park;
the Roman Amphitheater;
the remains of the porch of the Roman Theater known as the Byzantine Wall;
the Roman roads of the surroundings of the Lake;
the funerary monument of La Torreciega;
the Necropolis of the Municipal Archaeological Museum and the fronts of the Batel and the Sea of ​​the Wall of Carlos III.
The budget is 312,156 euros, for a period of four years.
POSTAL COMMUNICATIONS
The Contracting Committee has also left pending the adjudication of the postal service of the City of Cartagena and the Autonomous Body of Collection Management, to which only one company has been presented.
Precisely what the hiring table has demanded is that it justifies its technical solvency to face the service, which covers postal communications, including letters, telegrams and notifications from the two organizations and has a budget of
513,863 euros for a period of one year.
CRANE
Likewise, the award of the vehicle removal service (crane service), integral management of the municipal vehicle depot, as well as installation and removal of various provisional and portable traffic signaling material on the public thoroughfare in the municipal term of Cartagena.
The meeting has seen the decision of the Central Administrative Court before the appeal filed by one of the bidders, Parking and Services, against the initial award of this service to Urban Transport of Cartagena and that gave the reason to the appellant to roll back the proceedings at the time of the evaluation of the offers.
However, the presentation of new allegations by Transportes Urbanos de Cartagena has led the recruitment desk to proceed with its study and resolution before continuing with the process.
The contract has a budget of 2,492,000 euros with a term of execution of four years.
There are four companies in attendance.
THE URRUTIAS
Finally, the table has dealt with the call for bids by negotiated procedure of the administrative concession of parcel EJ-18.3, of the Partial Plan "Perla de Levante", in Los Urrutias, for nautical and sports facilities.
In particular, the correction made by the sole bidder on the general administrative documentation of envelope 1, initially presented in English and subsequently made in Spanish, has been observed.
With this the municipal technical services will be able to carry out the mandatory reports.
