A contest that invites neighbors to take the art to the street, with colors, with symbols, with the images of the four brotherhoods.
He also highlighted that all these initiatives enhance the Holy Week of Cartagena, "in Cartagena we can boast, and say clearly and loudly, that we have the best Passion Week in the world," and all of this "thanks to the people who all the year and during many years they have participated in multiple facets of the same one ".
Since the City Council supports this initiative from the first year because, as stated by the mayor of Culture "we believe it is very important that our city looks these days in the best way possible."
In this contest all the residents of Cartagena will be able to embellish balconies, windows or facades of buildings located in the streets through which the route of the processions of the Holy Week in Cartagena takes place, or outside of this route.
