The cartagenerista formation demands to the Government of Castejón that acts on a section of the RM-E18, to the height of Well of the Sticks
MC Cartagena continues to remind the regional government of its obligations regarding maintenance and conservation of the regional road network in the municipality.
On this occasion, the Cartagena training will highlight, at the next municipal plenary to celebrate on February 26, the neglect of the Executive of Lopez Miras, through the Directorate General of Roads, to solve the deficiencies of the F-37 road on its way through the town of Santa Ana, very used daily by pedestrians and schoolchildren of the town.
In the text, MC limits the future performance to the 1.5 kilometer stretch between the core of Los Ventorrillos, the final point of the F-37 in this town, and the CEIP 'Luis Calandre'.
With this motion, MC Cartagena collects the majority feeling of neighbors and affected, knowing that the aforementioned section consists of a pedestrian path in one of its hard shoulders perfectly delimited and protected for the safety of its users.
However, the route has deficiencies in two of its points that become more visible on rainy days, making the passage and pedestrian traffic impracticable.
The situation is aggravated by the lack of drainage of accumulated water, which, together with mud trawling, makes it impassable.
More specifically, the action should focus on access to the school.
The sinking of some areas of its solera and even the pedestrian overpass in the area would require a solution that could be to adapt a drain to one of the slopes.
It is also necessary to intervene in the area between Los Ventorrillos and the church of Santa Ana, specifically, in the multipurpose court.
This space is located in a hollow, leading the waters from adjacent farms in the northern part of the town during periods of rain and accompanied by mud at lower levels for runoff.
I ask for the reinforcement of the security in the section of municipal competition between the Guide and the Mills Marfagones
In another order of things, the cartagenerista formation will request to the Government of the socialist Castejón that expedites the examination and evaluation, on the part of the municipal technical services, of the deficiencies found in a section of the RM-E18, whose conservation and maintenance in matter of firm and security was assumed by the local Executive of the Popular Party on October 7, 2011.
The CM request is limited to the section between kilometers 3.6 and 7.4, points of intersection in The Guide with the RM-332, and in Los Molinos Marfagones with the RM-332, respectively.
The measure has been widely demanded by the residents of Pozo de los Palos, a population affected by the road network and by the ravine between La Guía and the town.
Residents demand a necessary optimization of the road safety of the section of highway when crossing the rambla.
The action must alleviate the lack of protection and signaling of incidence in the unevenness of something more than one meter existing in the ravine, which entails an evident risk of falling of vehicles and other accidents, insecurity increased at night due to the absence of visibility and identification.
