The Contracting Committee of the City of Cartagena, meeting this morning, under the presidency of the councilor of the area, Carmen Martín, has awarded the company INAM the pruning and treatment of palms in roads of Cartagena.
This company had offered a reduction in the pruning unit price of 12.04 percent, on a total award budget of 70,400 euros and a deadline of twenty days.
The award was made after studying the table the claim presented by the company MARTÃN Y PACO CARBONELL, SL, which has been dismissed.
The table has also awarded INAM the treatment for endotherapy against pine processionary in green areas and trees in Cartagena.
The decision was made after studying the report on allegations presented by the company Técnicas y Servicios Integrales de Levante, SL The successful bidder was the one that had offered the highest discount on the unit price of action, estimated at 15.89 percent, with a total budget of 49,057 euros and a deadline of one month.
Likewise, the process of awarding pruning for trees of the old N-301, which links El Albujón with Santa Ana, has been resumed. As reported by the Councilor for Public Services and Citizen Participation, Juan Pedro Torralba, with this action the City Council responds to the needs of the users of this way.
The project includes the pruning of 494 pine and eucalyptus trees, with a bidding budget of 60,498 euros and a deadline of one month.
Finally, and among other matters, the contracting table has opened the envelope number 3 that contained the economic offers of the 16 companies that continue to bid for the Service of Conservation and Improvement of Gardens and Trees in Cartagena, which has a budget of 9.7 million euros, for two years.
Its opening occurs after the evaluation of the different technical offers.
From now on, it will be necessary to evaluate if the economic offers incur in reckless disregard, before proceeding to its adjudication.
