Cartagena Port of Cultures has approved the architectural project for the construction of the future Roman Forum Museum.
This has been agreed in the Board of Directors of this entity held on Tuesday, February 6, in which the specifications for this project have been approved.
The mayor of Cartagena and president of Cartagena Port of Cultures, Ana Belén Castejón, explained that the bidding of the work will be taken shortly, "for a budget of 1,207,671 euros, with a deadline of approximately one year".
This museum will be built under the Casco Antiguo Health Center and will have three floors.
The upper one will find the most significant pieces found in the excavations, which will allow a summary of the history of this hill.
