The scientist Jesus Fidel presents his conference on Climate Change on Wednesday, February 7.
Science, irreversibility and commitment.
The talk is included in the Cartagena Thinking program and will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the assembly hall of the UPTC School of Agricultural Engineering (Paseo Alfonso XIII).
Jesús Fidel will address in this conference the topic of climate change, its effects and the most compromised aspects of climate science by confronting the most skeptical position against climate denial.
This activity is organized by the Commission of the IV Conference 'An education for the 21st century'.

The presentation of the speaker will be borne by Juan Pablo Fernández Trujillo, professor of the UPCT.
THE CONFERENTIATOR
Jesús Fidel, researcher of Global Climate Models at the CSIC-UCM Geosciences Institute, is also one of the Spanish scientists who has worked on the evaluation reports of the Intergovernmental Panel of Experts on Climate Change-IPCC and the main author of the chapter "Information on paleoclimatic archives "in the fifth IPCC report.
