The Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, Adela Martínez-Cachá, met today with the Rector of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), Alejandro Díaz, to coordinate actions that favor technological vocations among the students of Primary, Secondary and High School .

Among those measures is the 'Remate and I Learn' program, which this course has been reconvened.

This educational program received in October the SIMO prize for Educational Innovation in the category 'Best digital resource of its own creation'.

In the last edition, 57 educational centers participated with close to 4,000 young people belonging to the third and fourth years of ESO and the first and second year of Bachillerato.

The counselor stressed that "in the Region we advocate a new educational model where creativity is as important as literacy, through the application of methodologies that have as central axis the student."
