The Urban Planning Commission gives the green light to the detail study of a hotel in Los Urrutias (05/02/2018)
The Informative Commission on Urban Planning and Infrastructure, chaired by the Councilor for Sustainable Development and Public Function, Francisco Aznar, has favorably ruled, with the sole abstention of CTSSP, the proposal for final approval of a detailed study in blocks 18.2, 19 and 20 of the Perla de Levante Partial Plan in Los Urrutias, promoted by the mercantile PROFU, SA, for the construction of a hotel establishment.
The proposed action covers an area of ​​about 39,000 square meters and during its public information period it has not received any allegation against it.
