MC Cartagena will propose at the next Plenary, which will be held on February 12, that the City Council will set up a study room with the objective of promoting the academic development of the many students that Cartagena hosts, thus meeting one of the main demands of these.

After several months of work and contacts with different entities, Juventudes de MC noted the urgent need for the municipality to host a study room, for everyone and for everyone.
