The students of the Universidad Popular de Cartagena, who have completed the Advanced Digital Photography training course, have exhibited part of their work at the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center.
The sample has twenty-four photographs, two per student.
It opened on Tuesday, January 30, and will remain open until February 9
The opening of the exhibition was attended by the councilor of the Culture, Education and Youth area, David Martínez, who toured the exhibition, with which the students have completed their task, gathering more than 1,000 photographs taken in the sixty hours of class.
This course has been taught by the international expert, author of twelve books, Fructuoso Navarro, in addition has had the special collaboration of speakers of the stature of Juan Manuel Díaz Burgos, José Carlos Ñíguez, Joaquín Molina and José Manuel Nelaco.
With them, aspects such as abstract photography, light management, social vindication through photography and light painting with activity in the classroom have been addressed.
Fructuoso Navarro has developed special techniques applied to photography such as 3D and HDR among others.
The course has had a part of practical development that has facilitated the discovery of students as artists at the same time they have learned to put into practice all the knowledge acquired.
The teacher has held competitions to encourage motivation and effort, achieving the maximum interest of the students.
