The spokesman of Citizens in Cartagena, Manuel Padín, has met with the councilor of the Area of ​​Education, Culture, Youth and Archaeological Heritage, David Martinez, and with the director of the association 'Coral Mass Tomás Luis de Victoria', Cristóbal Abellán.

Cristóbal Abellán lamented that since 2008 the amount allocated to his association has been reduced every year, from 72,000 euros to 15,400 euros today.
