The Local Government Board, gathered this afternoon, under the presidency of the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, has approved among other matters the Training Plan for Public Employees of the City of Cartagena and its Autonomous Bodies for the year 2018, which includes among its novelties the realization of online courses.
According to the Councilor for Sustainable Development and Public Function, Francisco Aznar, the objectives of this plan focus not only on knowledge and learning but on the transformation of attitudes and behaviors that entail a quantitative and qualitative change in the organization and in the services that are provided to the citizen.
Its content has been agreed with union representatives through the Training Commission, after studying the training needs raised by all municipal services.
The plan includes the modality of online training and tutorials through the municipal intranet, as well as an evaluation of knowledge to obtain the corresponding certificate, it also highlights the inclusion of language skills according to the degree levels of the School Official of Languages ​​and with possibility of homologation from the B1, all under modality semi presence lya and through the School of Training and Innovation of the Public Administration of the Region of Murcia.
The budget for the development of this training plan is 131,900 euros, in its two aspects, external and internal.
It includes 313 training actions, with a total teaching load of 3,351 hours.

Urban Planning and Environment
Skills and communication
Management, direction and coordination of personnel.
Prevention of occupational risks and health promotion
Social services
Attention to citizenship, equal treatment and non-discrimination.
