The Contracting Committee of the City of Cartagena, chaired by Carmen Martín del Amor, this morning has proceeded to the opening of the administrative envelope of the sole bidder, Nielssen Holydays, which has been submitted to the call for the administrative concession of plot EJ-18.3 aimed at the creation, management and operation of outdoor sports nautical facilities in the Mar Menor.
It is an area of ​​4,193.12 square meters, located in the Partial Plan 'Perla de Levante' in Los Urrutias.
The bidding document establishes a term of 20 years and the successful bidder must have the qualifying title that is appropriate for the development of the planned activity.
It must also provide the necessary equipment for the commissioning of the installation and the provision of a quality service to users.
The works of the sports facilities must be completely completed within a period of no more than 15 months from the awarding of the concession and will begin within three months of the approval of the execution project.
The table has analyzed the administrative documentation of the company, giving a period of ten days for the correction of errors.
STACKER FOR THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM
The table has also studied the award of the purchase of an electronic stacker for the storage of remains and pieces in the nave that the Municipal Archaeological Museum has on Vienna Street in the Cabezo Beaza industrial estate.
The acquisition of this machinery will allow the palletization and ordering for its quick location and recovery of the remains deposited there.
Specifically, the stacker will have the capacity to be used with European-type pallets, with a loading capacity of more than 1,000 kilograms that can raise it to a height of 5 meters, according to the storage system contemplated.
It will also have a total turning capacity in 3 meters.
The total budget for the award of this machinery was 11,979 euros and the award proposal has been for the company SETECAR Cartagena SL that had offered the supply in 15 days with a budget of 9,280 euros.
