The Finance and Interior Commission, meeting this afternoon with extraordinary character to vote on the opinion of the proposal on the resolution of appeal for reconsideration filed by ASEPUCAR on 9/01/2004, against the Plenary Agreement of 12/11/2003, raised by the municipal groups of MC Cartagena and CTSSP, has agreed to withdraw this issue from the agenda and postpone it to the next meeting of the Commission.
The withdrawal, proposed by the PSOE, has been seconded by Ciudadanos, while MC Cartagena and CTSSP have voted against and PP has abstained.
This has caused a tie, which has been resolved in a second vote for the vote of the president, Francisco Aznar.
The Commission had met again today at the behest of MC Cartagena to verify that the matter had not been included in the agenda of the plenary session on Thursday, January 18, since at the previous meeting it did not reach an opinion after the legal argumentation carried out by the Secretary of the Commission.
