The Reception Hall of the Palace of Cartagena has hosted this morning the delivery of the 6th Christmas Showcase Contest, whose winners have been Pequena Moma, Florestería Alameda and Perfumhada.

The person in charge to preside over the delivery of prizes has been the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, who has assured that the small and medium local commerce is "the main prop of economic growth" of the municipality.

Pequeño Moma has received for the first prize an advertising campaign in the newspaper La Opinion, valued at 1000 euros, trophy and diploma;

Perfumería Alameda has obtained for the second prize an advertorial in the Cartagena Radio Being valued at 600 euros, trophy and diploma;

and Perfumhada by the third party, an advertising campaign in the digital newspaper Cartagena Diario, worth 500 euros, a trophy and a diploma.

Rapa Nui Lollipops has received a plaque for a second prize.

Those responsible for delivering the prizes have been representatives of the sponsoring media, specifically, the journalist of La Opinión Salvador González;

the director of Radio Cartagena Ser, Antonio Rosa;

and the director of Cartagena Diario, José Bernardo.

The jury was constituted by Rosario Muñoz, representing the City of Cartagena;

Agustín Martínez, from the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena;

and Ana Correa, of the Confederation of Employers of Cartagena (COEC).

Ana Belén Castejón thanked Paloma Jáudenes, from Pequeño Moma;

to J. Ramón Vergara, from Alameda Florist;

Francisco Rodríguez, from Perfumhada;

and M.ª Dolores Ros, from Rapa Nui Piruletas, their participation in the contest, as well as the rest of the participants.

He also took the opportunity to remember that this was his last act as responsible for the Area of ​​Commerce, since the next Board of Government will be responsible for this area Councilor Carmen Martín del Amor.

The councilor has finally expressed to the small and medium merchants that as mayor they will have it as a "great ally" to "give visibility to the actions in trade."
