The 6th Christmas Showcase Contest already has winners, which are the local shops La Pequeña Moma, Alameda Florist and Perfumhada.
Next Monday, January 15, the awards ceremony will take place in the Reception Hall of the Consistorial Palace at 12 noon.
The jury, composed of a representative of the Chamber of Commerce, the COEC, the City Council and the general direction of Commerce, has taken into account aspects such as quality, good taste, originality and the use of Christmas motifs, when selecting the graceful shops.
The winning shops to the best shop windows will receive for the first prize, an advertising campaign in the newspaper La Opinion, valued at 1000 euros, trophy and diploma;
for the second prize, an advertorial on Radio Cartagena Ser;
and for the third, an advertising campaign in the Cartagena Diario digital newspaper, worth 500 euros, a trophy and a diploma.
There will also be up to three runners-up with a diploma.
The event will be attended by representatives of the three media sponsors (Radio Cartagena chain SER, La Opinion and Cartagena Daily) as well as Councilor Carmen Martín del Amor, representatives of the winning shops and the jury.
