City of Cartagena, which led to the finalization of the process of expropriation of the 'Hotel Peninsular' by the Consistory.
The opinion concludes that "analyzed the documentation for the preparation of this report, it is not appreciated that it fails to comply with any of the rules governing the acquisition of property by municipalities through the procedure of forced expropriation."
At this juncture, the secretary general of MC Cartagena and spokesman for the Cartagena training, José López, has reported the receipt of the IGAE opinion, requested by the Popular Party in the "issue of expropriation of the Peninsular."
"As we all knew, the Ministry (Finance and Public Function) has confirmed that there is no illegality in the procedures, confirming the absolute legality of the expropriation procedure," he added.
