The Aljorra celebrates for its sixth year its biggest sporting event, the Trail, on February 4.
This popular race is organized by the Neighborhood Association of the town and has the support of the Department of Sports of the City of Cartagena.
It is divided into three different tests so that all athletes can enjoy.
For the runners there will be one 11 kilometers away and another 22 kilometers;
while the walkers can make an 11-kilometer tour.
The start and finish, as well as the trophies, will take place on the La Aljorra soccer field.
Runners who dare with the 22-kilometer test will start at 10:00 and have a price of 11 euros;
the athletes who participate in the 11km will have to pay 9 euros for the registration and will leave at 10:15;
and, finally, the walkers will start the tour at 10:20 and their test will cost 8 euros.
The Trail of La Aljorra is included in the Running Montain organized by the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia (FAMU), so all federated will have a discount of two euros.

PROVIDING FOR PARTICIPANTS
The refreshments will be approximately every 5 kilometers.
The first one, which will be for all participants, will be located in the Ermita de la localidad and will consist of a small bottle of water.
In the goal you will find the general refreshment with water, isotonic drinks, soft drinks, bananas, oranges, nuts, organic juice, and a tasting of Canana craft beer.
The race will also have the collaboration of Manresa Salud to provide physiotherapy and chiropractic services throughout the event free of charge in the area of ​​departure and finish.
The 22-kilometer runners will have two additional refreshments, one at 10 kilometers of the route that will consist of a small bottle of water and a banana.
The second one will be located at 15 kilometers and will consist of water, isotonic drinks and an orange or nuts.
AWARDS
The first three runners of each modality and those of the Aljorreña category will receive a bonus for the Balneario de Archena and a basket with Energy Fig bars, several cheeses 'Sabores de Tallante', two 10-pass bonuses for the gymnasium of La Aljorra, one Jumilla Designation of Origin wine selection and a discount voucher for the Kampamento Base sports shop.
The gift backpacks will also have a technical shirt, a Hero bar, gluco sport, etc. inside.
COMPETITION OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND GASTRONOMY IN LOS BARES DE LA ALJORRA
There will also be a Photography Contest throughout the day of the race.
The prize for the best snapshot will consist of a weekend for two people in the low season at La Nieta del Gasero rural houses.
In addition, the bars in the area plan to make some special dishes, such as the Argentine barbecue in El Pincho restaurant.
