Following the request for the resignation of its government partner and new information regarding POKEMON, CTSSP has issued harsh warnings to the PSOE of Cartagena, and in particular to the Mayor, on the grounds of what they value as an accomplice policy with HIDROGEA.
The municipal group of PODEMOS has called the PSOE to stop "stopping" before a company investigated in the courts for being allegedly corrupt and corrupting the political class of Cartagena.
In the opinion of the purple formation, the Mayor is not defending the general interest of the people of Cartagena but on the contrary: she wants to sell us a price reduction that is not such, that we do not know its content, that she has dispensed with the cost audit that the City Council has ordered, that has not had the municipal technicians who know the service better and instead has simulated a tough negotiation with the company that was agreed in advance.
An immoral and illegal negotiation, and more so now that all water management is in question by the POKEMON case.
CTSSP has transferred to the Government of Castejón a series of demands, including: cancellation of the extension of the contract, restitution in the post of the previous Director General of Infrastructure, information and documentation in the Water Monitoring Board and the immediate stoppage of tariff negotiations until the conclusions of the audits ordered are known.
With regard to the POKEMON case, Pilar Marcos has stated: "Ana Belén Castejón will have to decide whether the PSOE collaborates actively with the Justice and the Commission of Investigation that we propose or if it will continue being part, by action or omission, of the water plot in Cartagena, joining the dishonorable cart of PP and C's. "
