The Local Police of Cartagena arrested last Wednesday a 38-year-old individual who had been pulling badges from six Mercedes-branded vehicles.
These facts, according to the police, took place in the Alameda de San Antón.
The local police agents acted after receiving a notice from a citizen in the emergency number 112. When they intervened, they found the perpetrator carrying the six badges.
The response of the detainee to the police because of these acts was that "it is considered anti-capitalist" and had started the badges because "the owners must have a lot of money".
The agents proceeded to the full identification and instructed him the opportune diligences.
GENDER VIOLENCE
Also on Wednesday of last week, the Local Police of Cartagena proceeded to the arrest of a 71-year-old man in the neighborhood of Santa Lucia as alleged perpetrator of a crime of gender violence.
After receiving a call on 092 the agents moved to the scene.
According to the detainee's wife, minutes before making the call, he had slapped him.
As the police officers were able to corroborate, the woman was in a serious state of anxiety.
