On Tuesday, December 26, the XII Christmas Trophy organized by the Association of Football Clubs of Cartagena y Comarca (AFCT) in collaboration with the Department of Sports of the City of Cartagena, the Football Federation of the Region of Murcia and the Soccer Club Cartagena.
In total 96 teams compete in 9 categories this Christmas tournament during the days 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 December, in which up to 1,500 children will pass through the various municipal sports facilities in order to take the emblematic trophy with So much love organizes the AFCT.
On Tuesday, the football field of the new Cartagena hosted the competition in the category Benjamin A, which concluded as follows:
Champion: Evangelical EF
Second place: EF Nueva Cartagena
Third place: Franciscans
Fourth place: EF Lapuerta
On Wednesday 27, the Féminas competed in the San Juan Bosco soccer field in Los Dolores, and the Infant category in the Juan Ángel Zamora soccer field in Ciudad Jardín.
The classifications were as follows:
FEMALES:
Champions: CD Dolorense
Second place: FC Cartagena
Third place: Portman
Fourth classified: San Cristóbal
CHILDISH:
Champion: La Palma
Second place: FC Cartagena Foundation
Third place: CD La Soledad
Fourth classified: Dolores de Pacheco
On Thursday, the 28th it was the turn of the Benjamín B group, who played in the Mediterranean Municipal Field;
the group Alevín B competed in the Municipal Field López Belmonte of the Virgen de la Caridad neighborhood;
the group Alevín A disputed its parties in the Municipal Field Ángel Celdrán;
and the Cadete group celebrated their matches at the José María Lapuerta Municipal Field.
This Friday, December 29, the pre-Benjamin group B plays in the Municipal Field Sanchez Luengo, and on Saturday, December 30, the tournament will conclude with the dispute of the games of the pre-Benjamin A group in the Playa Paraíso Sports Complex.
