The T-LA Alternative Time Program, promoted by the Youth Council of the City of Cartagena, has programmed 90 activities for young people during the months of January to March.
The Councilor for Youth, Ricardo Segado and the coordinator of the T-LA program, José María Lloret, have been responsible for detailing the programming, which has a budget of 10,000 euros and in which 26 associations collaborate.
ALMOST 15,000 YOUNG PEOPLE PARTICIPATED IN 2017 IN THE ACTIVITIES OF T-LA
The councilman wanted to start his appearance giving the data of this youth entertainment program in 2017, in which 14,972 people participated in the 344 activities scheduled by the Youth Council.
In the autumn program, which had the participation of 4,620 people in the 104 scheduled activities, among which the excursions were highlighted;
the cooking workshops, parkour, photography;
and adventure activities.
The data does not include the Youth Encounter, Craft Market and Urban Fest, activities that were very successful participation.
PROGRAMMING T-WINTER 2018
It is worth noting, as one of the most demanded activities in each edition, the program of excursions and trips.
Three visits to Sierra Nevada have been scheduled on January 13, February 17 and March 11 for skiing or snowboarding.
The price of the inscription includes the transport and insurance, as well as classes and / or material, according to the modality chosen.
There will also be excursions to the jets of the Mundo River, the City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia;
and to Seville and Granada the weekend of Friday of Dolores.
Another of the blocks of activities of more demand, and that is maintained in this edition, is the Sports and Adventure Activities, which includes bungee jumping, canyoning, climbing or hiking in different parts of the Region.
On the other hand, given the interest that the kitchen has aroused in recent years due to various successful programs on television, the activity 'With the T-LA en masse' has been organized for several years.
A first contact with the stoves in which this winter you can learn to cook winter cupcakes, chocolate lollipops, nutella cookies, gnocchi or homemade Italian lasagna.

The workshops and training courses cover a wide range of topics, which has been developed taking into account the proposals received by youth workers.
These include astronomy courses, organized by the Astronomical Association of Cartagena at the Observatory of the Juvenile Resources Center of Canteras, free until the places are filled and whose registration is already open;
and the free-time monitor course that will take place between February 2 and May 13 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and that costs 155 euros.
There will also be recycling and customizing workshops for clothing, comics, English conversation, photography, music management or capoeira among others.
In collaboration with 'Carthago Escape Room', after the success obtained last winter, the T-LA program returns to a total of
25 50% discount vouchers to participate in the 'Nautilus Challenge'.
Live escape games are a new leisure activity that was born from the current trend of moving virtual games to real life.
These games are perfect to share with family, friends or colleagues.
