This Thursday the Governing Council of the Autonomous Body of Collection Management of Cartagena (OAGRC) met.
During the meeting, the draft budget for 2018 was approved and the current management status has been reviewed.
In this work session have taken part the councilor of the Department of Finance, Francisco Aznar, the councilor for Citizen Participation and Good Government, Juan Pedro Torralba, the councilor for Finance, Isabel Garcia, the councilor for Sustainable Development, María José Soler, together with representatives of the opposition political groups Esperanza Nieto, Ana Rama and Pilar Marcos, as well as technical experts from the Consistory.
The data reaffirm the work done in this municipal body under the guidelines promoted by the Treasury Department, based on transparency in all its actions, communication with citizens and the adoption of measures that facilitate the payment of taxes to all residents of the municipality. municipality.
Among other matters, it has been known how the collection in the voluntary period of the various taxes has behaved.
In this way, 83.75% of the register (€ 9,811,362.23) has been collected on the Tax on mechanical traction vehicles;
of the IBI, sewerage and garbage collection of the houses of La Manga, taxi stands, tables and chairs, 91.77% of the register has been collected (62,950,513.64 euros);
of the IAE, ATMs, sewage and garbage collection of the premises of La Manga and Pasaderas (13,688,705.48 euros - 93.38% of the register), and of kiosks, markets and nursery schools (773,381.05 euros - 95 , 15% of the census).
