The mayor of MC Cartagena responds to Joaquín Segado, who trivializes the security procedures necessary to carry out the works in the Children's House

In this case, the leader of the local PP banalizes "the lack of a role", in reference to the beginning, on the part of the CARM, of the works in the Children's House without having the pertinent urban planning license.
Undermining with this the work defended from the sphere of competence of MC Cartagena in the Town Hall of trying to preserve the children who receive their educational benefit from a work started in an irresponsible manner, putting the children at risk, by working with them.
At this point, it should be clarified that the City of Cartagena has not paralyzed any work, limited to explain to the Ministry how to perform the procedures, because, at this point, the regional body violates the autonomous law itself.
Given this situation, the first deputy mayor and councilor of the area of ​​Culture and Heritage, Ricardo Segado (MC Cartagena), has lamented that the "PP will continue squeaking to comply with the law and respect the procedures."
This fact is attested by the "ignorance of its president of not having requested a license, he presumes, forgetting that the person who keeps children in barracks is the PP", reasoned Segado.
"In the House of the Child, in an irresponsible manner, they have endangered children by undertaking works without licenses and without a security plan and it bothers them that the municipal technicians claim it", the mayor continued, recalling that, by municipal , work is being done to regularize the works to finish this week.

As far as the Central Cinema and the Palace of Aguirre, Joaquín Segado tries again to deceive the neighbors.
