'Cartagena 1979, The road to democracy', is the title of the exhibition organized by the Municipal Archive, which opens this Wednesday, December 13 and will be presented to the media in a press pass that will take place at 11 , 30 hours, which will be attended by the Councilor for Finance and Interior, Francisco Aznar.
Through images, news stories and music of the time, the exhibition takes a chronological tour of the most significant events during the year 1979 in Cartagena, as an almost literary story.
To this end, in addition to the Archive's own funds, photographs from the Juan Manuel Oujo Sirvent collection, the newspaper library of the newspaper La Verdad and the music of the Cadena SER have also been used.
The sample can be visited in the Municipal Archive until February 12.
Admission is free and the hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 13.45.
and Tuesday from 9.00 to 13.45 and from 17.00 to 19.45.
