The Auditorium and Palace of Congresses The Batel program this Saturday December 9 at 6:30 pm the representation of 'Christmas Tale', a children's adaptation of the well-known novel by Charles Dickens that the actors of El Hechizo Teatro will stage with the musical accompaniment of the Region of Murcia Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Virginia Martínez, and for which there are still tickets.
This is the first of the 'Concerts in Family' that this season are held for the first time in Cartagena and with which it is intended to bring classical music to children in a fun and educational way.
With 'Cuento de Navidad', in addition, the children will get in touch with one of the great works of universal literature.
Excerpts from 'Coppelia' by Delibes, 'The nutcracker' by Tchaikovsky, 'Cinderella' by Prokofiev or 'Pictures from an exhibition' by Mussorgsky, as well as 'The symphony of toys' or 'Sleigh ride', by Leopold Mozart, among other pieces, they will set the story created and adapted for children by Fran Bermejo, actor and screenwriter of the theater company.
The children will know the story of Mr. Scrooge, the character created by Dickens in 1843, who detests Christmas and everything around him.
However, you will receive the visit of several ghosts that will make you change your mind about the most endearing time of the year.

There are also available tickets for 20 euros for the three concerts that this year will make up the 'Family Concerts' cycle in the city (the other two will be 'Symphonic Drilo', on January 28, 2018 and 'Un viaje con la familia Baquetín' , on April 8, 2018).
