The Cartagena neighborhood of Los Mateos has a new space in which its associations and neighborhood entities can carry out their different activities and workshops.

One of the entities that will benefit from this action to be able to count on it as a meeting and rehearsal place is the Band of Cornets and Drums 'La Buena Union' of Los Mateos, which has 25 musicians in its ranks.
In addition to this visit, the first mayor and the person in charge of the Decentralization Area, on which the works carried out, went to the Local Social of the neighborhood, in which the façade and the interior rooms were recently painted, the entrance was fixed and the replaced the air conditioner in a performance also promoted by the same council.

Ana Belén Castejón Juan Pedro Torralba also went to the headquarters of the Rascasa Association, where the urn is located in which the residents of the neighborhood, corresponding to District 5, can vote for their preferred proposals for these Participative Budgets of 2018.
The first mayor took advantage of the moment to deposit the vote with her election.
It is also worth noting the high mobilization of the residents, since in two hours more than 80 people exercised their right to suffrage.
From the City Council it is recalled that the voting phase of projects will end on Tuesday, December 19, and any person registered in the municipality and older than 16 can participate.
