The Sea of Music is a candidate in three categories at the Iberian Festival Awards, prizes awarded to the best festivals, artists, sponsors and media throughout the Iberian Peninsula, thanks to the votes of the public and an official jury.
It is the first time that the Cartagena festival has been selected for these awards, which celebrates its third edition, and which will announce its winners on March 15 in Lisbon.
The festival is a candidate for "best small format festival", "best programming" and "best festival with closed stages".
The public can vote through this link until January 17.
The Councilor for Culture of the City of Cartagena, David Martínez Noguera said "we are very happy with this nomination that awards the best festivals that are held in the Iberian Peninsula, and that can close a year of recognition for La Mar de Músicas, that a few weeks ago we picked up the Fest Award for the Best Small Format Festival in Spain, and next week, on December 12, we will find out if we have been awarded in the First Music Awards of the Region of Murcia organized by the Association Cultural There is a tiger behind you. "
Martinez Noguera said in turn "we invite everyone to help us get this award with your votes as you did in the Fest awards."
