The Contracting Committee of the City of Cartagena held this morning, in the administrative building of San Miguel, a new meeting under the chairmanship of the councilor for Finance, Contracting and Heritage, Isabel Garcia, and in which he has awarded contracts among others cleaning schools and reforestation of municipal ownership areas.
The contract for the cleaning service of schools in the municipality of Cartagena has a duration of four years, extendable to two more.
The award proposal has been made to Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas SA, as the commercial company has the highest technical and economic score (94.42 points).
The number of preschools and primary schools subject to the contract is around sixty.
REFORESTATION OF MUNICIPAL SPACES
In the same way, when considering the justified technicians the low offered, it has been awarded the supply of forest reforestation of green areas of municipal ownership to Natural Engineering, Water and Environment SL, while the supply of vertical road marking material will be carried out by 2000 Acontecer SL
The contract for reforestation is destined to an area of ​​approximately 19.00 ha, using autochthonous species, in different locations such as the Canteras Loma - Canteras highway;
Tentegorra, Los Camachos Polygon;
CC1 or the Virgen de la Caridad neighborhood.
LANDFILL FOR RESIDUES OF THE BRIGADES
On the other hand, regarding the landfill service of cleaning waste with machinery that has been carried out by the municipal brigades, the Bureau has determined its award, after the opening of the administrative and economic documentation, to the only bidding company, González Soto SA
The contract includes, among the obligations of the contractor, the receipt of documentation of the drivers of authorized municipal vehicles;
the weights of entry and exit from the landfill;
the treatment and management of the waste deposited by authorized municipal vehicles, as well as providing, along with the monthly invoice, the delivery notes of the downloads made in the aforementioned month.
It should be remembered that the cleaning works carried out by the municipal brigades with machinery are developed on plots;
open spaces;
ditches;
beaches by storm;
popular festivals;
illegal landfill sites;
ramblas, as well as those of other preparations.
OTHER AGREEMENTS
The activity of the Contracting Committee has continued with the opening of the digital archives of a significant number of bids.
In this case, the economic proposals of different contracts have been known:
Maintenance of automatic doors under the modality of total guarantee and 24-hour assistance in municipal buildings, year 2018. Two companies have attended a contract whose award proposal has fallen to Puertas Automáticas Portis, SL, for an amount of 28,196 euros.
Pruning and treatment of palms in roads of Cartagena.
It has been proposed as a contractor to the company Ingeniería Natural Agua y Medio Ambiente, SL, with a discount percentage of 12.04% with respect to the bidding prices.
Supply in installation of playground in Plaza del Trovo, Los Urrutias, Cartagena.
The Board has determined the award to Equidesa Group, SL, for an amount of 19,096.32 euros.
Supply and installation of playground games in municipal nursery schools.
The process has been subject to the calculation of the reckless losses of the five companies submitted before making the award proposal.
Public lighting for Marfagones Mills Neighborhood Board, 2017, Cartagena.
As in the previous case, five merchants have appeared in a bid resolved with the proposal of award to Lumen Eléctricas, SL, for a total amount of 14,145.98 euros.
Public lighting for the Neighborhood Board of La Palma and public lighting for the Neighborhood Board of Pozo Estrecho.
In both tenders five companies have attended, resulting in the two proposals for the award in favor of SICE, for a total of 18,822.29 euros in the first case, while the amount of the second contract has amounted to 17,698.06 euros.
Public lighting for Neighborhood Meeting of El Llano del Beal - Cartagena.
Six companies have tendered a contract, whose successful bidder has been Revisiones y Control de Cartagena, SL, for an amount of 12,597.46 euros.
Acquisition of electronic stacker for storage in the nave of the Municipal Archaeological Museum on Vienna Street of the Cabezo Beaza Industrial Estate, Cartagena.
The Board has made an award proposal to Integration, Development and electronic maintenance, SL, by weighting the offer with the highest overall score of the three companies that have opted.
Finally, after the study of the report with the technical evaluations, the economic offers of the tender that guarantees the supply of personal desktop computers for the City of Cartagena have been opened.
The process has been subject to the calculation of reckless losses before making the sum of the scores and the award proposal.
