The Councilor for Personnel, Francisco Aznar, this morning presided over the General Table of Negotiation in which the union representatives of public employees of the City of Cartagena are integrated.
Aznar has given the unions the 2017 Public Employment Offer (OEP) to analyze and within two weeks to convene another meeting for approval.
This proposal that the councilor makes to the table is based on the proposals made by the unions and includes a replacement rate for 33 places of different services.
On the internal promotion, the councilman has also delivered his proposal for analysis by the unions
A proposal of bases for special administration positions has also been debated and handed out.
The councilor has positively appreciated the meeting this morning, in which there has been a good predisposition by the unions CCOO, UGT, Sime and Csif.
