The administrative building of San Miguel has hosted this Wednesday, under the chairmanship of the councilor for Finance, Contracting and Heritage, Isabel Garcia, a new meeting of the Contracting Committee of the City of Cartagena.
Throughout the morning a significant number of files have been addressed.
Once the technical report on disproportionate or reckless discharges is known, it has been determined to formulate proposals for the awarding of the following contracts:
Pruning and felling of trees on the N-301 road in Cartagena, Serbal Servicios Forestales y Paisajísticos, SL, with a discount percentage of 40% on the bid prices.
Object of the contract
The service of pruning and felling of trees on the N-301 road of Cartagena guarantees the safety work and re-balancing of aloft through mechanical means.
It contemplates acting on 40 large eucalyptus trees, as well as 494 trees among pines and eucalyptus of smaller size.
All specimens have a height greater than nine meters.
With this contract, the City Council continues with the annual work of maintenance of trees on the section of the national road N-301.
And it is that the continuous interventions on the branches of the more than six hundred trees and the current environmental conditions require intervention in part of the trees.
Unique pruning of mulberry trees in urban roads, to Ingeniería Natural Agua y Medio Ambiente, SL, with a discount percentage of 21.51% on the bid prices.
The contract, promoted from the area of ​​Sustainable Development and Transparency led by María José Soler, will be responsible for carrying out the maintenance tasks of singular maintenance of trees (mulberry trees) in alignment, as well as the operations necessary for the adaptation to the environment of sidewalks with nearby buildings, adapting the aloft or part of the branches of certain specimens whose growth is limited by the conditions of the streets in which they are.
With this initiative, pruned trees will be available before the flowering and subsequent fruiting period begins, with the aim of minimizing the inconvenience caused by their fruit.
In urban areas, work will be carried out on 313 trees, included in the inventoried road network.
On the other hand, in the neighborhood of José María de Lapuerta there will be 97 trees, totaling 410 copies integrated in the object of the contract.
Treatment by endotherapy against pine processionary in green areas and wooded road of Cartagena, to Ingeniería Natural Agua y Medio Ambiente, SL, with a discount percentage of 15.89% on the bid prices.
Simplified steel project on Calle Orellana de La Aljorra, at Construcciones María García Martínez, for an amount of 16,916.16 euros.
The Board has continued with the opening of the digital archives of the following negotiated procedures and minor contracts:
Basic project for the execution of the consolidation of the Cartagena bullring (Phase I, southeast ring).
Four companies have attended a tender that has been pending the calculation of reckless casualties before making the award proposal.
Provision of reforestation of green areas of municipal ownership.
Two companies have opted for the award of a contract whose award proposal has been awarded to Ingeniería Natural Agua y Medio Ambiente, who has presented a discount percentage of 38.77% on the bid prices.
Repair of electricity of municipal vehicles, to Taller Sebastián e Hijos, SL
Repair of industrial vehicles, trucks and tractors, to Auto-Industria de Cartagena, SL
Two companies have tendered in the process to satisfy the replacement material for the municipal TDT repeaters.
Finally, the award proposal has fallen to Teditronic, SL, with a discount percentage of 1.68% on the bid prices.
On the other hand, six merchants submitted their applications to opt for the contract relating to road vertical signage material.
Its adjudication has been proposed to 2000 Acontecer, SL
Four companies have opted for the rehabilitation of infrastructures for new creation of spaces for speech therapy activity in CEIP Azorín (Molinos Marfagones), with the award proposal for Mariano Conesa, SA, for an amount of 11,216.88 euros.
Four other merchants have tendered for the adaptation of the children's play area in Plaza de la Virgen de Los Dolores in Cartagena.
The process has crystallized with the award proposal in favor of Parques Infantiles del Levante, SL, for an amount of 9,159.52 euros.
The Bureau has continued its performance giving account of the study of the report with the technical evaluations of the transport service for certain activities of the Department of Social Services, directed by Carmen Martín del Amor. The digital file with the economic offers has been opened, and the award to Autocares Sánchez Ortuño, SL, which obtained the highest score when adding the technical and economic scores.
Finally, in relation to the supply of desktop personal computers for the City of Cartagena, digital files have been opened with the technical proposals of the five bidding companies.
They will be sent to the technical services for their assessment before proceeding to the opening of the economic proposals.
