The Hospitality of Santa Teresa will once again, to celebrate its musical gala to raise funds and continue to perform their social work, which provides shelter to the homeless and bystanders since 1916.
For twenty-two years, uninterrupted, the charity celebrates this classic gala that has been the best artists of the city.
This Wednesday, November 29, the Councilor for Social Services, Carmen Martin, wanted to accompany those responsible for this project in its presentation to the media.
The president of the Hospitality Foundation of Santa Teresa, Vicente Villar, along with the organizer and technical director of the musical evening, Antonio Galindo, have explained in the wheel of prey the novelties of this musical evening.
The solidarity gala manages to activate solidarity every year in Cartagena.
This edition will be held at El Batel Auditorium (donated by the City Council of Cartagena), on December 15 at 9:00 p.m., and tickets are on sale at the foundation itself, and at El Batel (at the box office and through of your web).
The mayor of Social Services, has seized the occasion, to remember how important it is for the City Council to have the work of organizations such as the Hospitality of Santa Teresa, which cater to bystanders, immigrants and homeless people, working in coordination with the council that directs.
And that the union of all gives the necessary push to be able to transfer to the citizenship values ​​of commitment.
The technical director of the gala, Antonio Galindo has explained that this year the musical evening will confront two very different musical styles: classical music and popular music.
The musical variety will go through the opera, zarzuela, regional music, more modern music, all will have a place in this recital.
The great cast of artists, who participate in a disinterested way, this year is of fourteen musicians, nine singers, fifty dancers (from the ballroom dance academy Cartagonava, and the dance of the city hall of Cartagena and two actors, who will do the times Galindo has thanked all the artists who have collaborated in other editions and has expressed his satisfaction for this time with new generations of artists, who have, in his opinion, a great quality.
The president, Vicente Villar, also wanted to highlight in the presentation, the long, trajectory of this event, (it has been done since 1997), and that it has always had the best local artists (musicians, singers, actors, dancers).
All of them have collaborated, in a disinterested way, with Hospitality with the only pretense that the attendees will have the best time possible.
