Within the framework of the collaboration agreement between the Department of Social Services and Social Mediation of the City of Cartagena and the Club Plasticos Romero Cartagena FS, a meeting was held yesterday to assess the evolution of children attending the Schools Deportivas Cartagena FS Javi Matía.
Through these sports schools, the club tries to cover the care of minors who are at risk of exclusion, within the project funded by the Obra Social La Caixa.
This is the first year that is carried out and covers 35 minors from the municipality of Cartagena.
In the coordination meetings between the Social Services technicians and those responsible for Futsal, information is exchanged and the progress of the project is evaluated, which offers families and minors the benefits of sports practice with the development of adequate skills and values, within a healthy living environment
