The Association of Mothers and Parents of Students (AMPA) of the IES Carthago Spartaria has won the III FAPA Cartagena Prize, endowed with one thousand euros, among the nine projects submitted to this year's contest.
The delegate councilor of Education, David Martinez, handed over the check to the representatives of this AMPA after unveiling the ruling of the jury during the Ordinary General Assembly of the Federation of Associations of Parents of Students (FAPA) of Cartagena, which was held on Friday.
This award is endowed with a financial contribution of one thousand euros that will serve to launch the project that has been the winner among those who attended, in order to improve the day to day of the students in their respective schools.
In this edition, nine AMPAs from different schools and institutes of the municipality participated with their ideas.
The event concluded with the talk 'The 10 best tips for being a horrible father and mother', which was led by Toni Garcia Arias, tutor of the National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training (INTEF) of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, and author of several reference books on the subject.
