The Photographic Association of Cartagena Clik!
takes a tour of the 'Landscapes of Cartagena and its region' in this exhibition.
The photographic sample includes a total of thirty-five diurnal, crepuscular and even nocturnal images of Cartagena and its surroundings.
The exhibition was inaugurated on Friday, November 24, in the Room of the Byzantine Wall, with the collaboration of the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena.
And the event was attended by the councilor of the Area of ​​Culture and Archaeological Heritage, Ricardo Segado.
Through this exhibition, visitors can discover Cabo de Palos, Calblanque, Los Alcázares, Mount Carmolí, Sierra Minera and endless corners like never before, thanks to a very personal vision of the more than thirty photographers who participate in this project.
In the photographs, different techniques have been used, but all share the same common element: the passion for photography.
Also on this occasion, the association has created a digital catalog so that whoever wants to can access all the images of the exhibition and find much more information such as the exact location, the date on which it was made and the exif data of each photograph.
The councilman of the Culture Department of the City of Cartagena, David Martínez Noguera, is "very pleased that the first exhibition of the Clik Photographic Association sees the light in a room such as the Byzantine Wall, a space open to the entire city and the people who dress us. "
In his opinion, groups like this one are very necessary and we must support them from the institutions, "since they come to enrich the cultural offer of a city that has many places to teach, like the magnificent corners that the snapshots leave us".

The Photographic Association of Cartagena Clik!
is a non-profit association born in Cartagena in 2015. Its main purpose is to promote, promote and carry out all kinds of activities related to photography and video in Cartagena and the surrounding area.
In addition, through the image they try to promote values ​​such as respect and defense of the environment, as well as the awareness of society in social integration.
'Landscapes of Cartagena and its region' will be open to the public until December 31, 2017.
