The Contracting Committee of the City of Cartagena, meeting this morning under the chairmanship of the Councilor for Finance, Contracting and Heritage, Isabel García, has awarded the contract for the cleaning of municipal buildings to FCC amounting to 5.2 million euros.
The session began with the analysis of the economic feasibility study and the award proposal to FCC, obtaining the highest technical and economic score, with the total award amount of 5,218,585, 22 euros.
The duration of the contract will be two years, with the option of an extension for two others.
The number of buildings and premises that are the subject of this contract exceeds ninety.
The tender for the cleaning service of the public schools 2017 - 2020 has also been addressed. After the study of the report with the evaluation of the technical proposals, the economic proposal of the companies presented has been known, referring to the technical services so that they study said offers, a prerequisite before formulating the award proposal.
VESTUARIES OF THE FOOTBALL STADIUM OF THE MEDITERRANEAN URBANIZATION
Regarding the negotiated procedures and minor contracts, after the opening of the digital archives, proposals for the award of a large number of contracts have been made, highlighting among them, the one of the first phase for the adaptation of changing rooms of the football stadium of the Mediterranean Urbanization, for a total amount of 54,369.56 euros.
This gives response to a neighborhood demand and the sports entity user of the facility, which left pending the previous municipal government.
In this sense, the use of the stadium stands has also been resolved.
CHILDREN'S CHILDREN'S ANIMATION AND WORKS IN BARRIOS
In the same way, proposals for the award of the following contracts have also been made, some of them corresponding to the Municipal Neighborhood Boards with which they exhaust their investment budgets:

Repair of bodies and hydraulic systems of industrial vehicles, trucks (tilters) and tractors, to Remymo SL, with a discount percentage of 3%.
Repair of sheet and paint in vehicles of the Mobile Park to Remymo SL, with a discount percentage of 5%.
Supply of costumes for the Local Police of the City of Cartagena, to El Corte Inglés SA, the only bidding company.
Simplified project of a perimeter wall in a building in Cuesta Blanca, a primary and local care office on the first floor, at Eurovias y Proyectos SL, for a total amount of 18,091.54 euros.
Reform of the children's park of Galifa, to Parques Infantiles del Levante SL, for 17,175.57 euros.
Repair works for Ángel Valverde plaza in Los Dolores, Conesa Calderón street with Castillo del Buen Amor street, Cartagena, for 33,095.90 euros.
Arrangement of the San Nicolás square in Estrecho de San Ginés, to Malgo Generacion SL, for a total amount of 9,289.26 euros.
Upholstery service for the Civic Center of La Palma to Tapizados and Toldos Segado SL;

Regarding the simplified steel project on Calle Orellana de La Aljorra, which seven companies have opted for, the digital files with the economic proposals have been opened, at the expense of calculating the reckless losses before making the award proposal, while on the transport service for certain activities of the Department of Social Services, which have been presented 3 companies, have opened digital files with technical proposals, which must be assessed by the technicians before proceeding to the opening of economic offers .
