The International Film Festival of Cartagena, which will be held between November 26 and December 2, begins this year a collaboration with the School of Design of the Region of Murcia.
The first joint activity will be a talk given by Sergio González Kuhn, a designer specialized in film and audiovisual media.
The appointment will take place this Wednesday at 9:30 am at the School of Design, and is open to anyone interested.
Sergio González is the founder of Barfutura, a creative design studio that deals with aspects such as corporate identity, animation or interactive design, and is mainly dedicated to communication for the film industry and the promotion of films.
His works have been recognized internationally and carried out for important companies in the audiovisual sector.
STUDENTS VERSION JOHN FORD
As a result of the collaboration between the FICC and the ESD, two students in the 4th year of the Degree in Graphic Design, Jerónimo García Nicolás and Gonzalo Cabañas Salinas, have made their own versions of the posters of the films that will be part of the ' Young Affected, dedicated this year to American filmmaker John Ford: 'The Diligence', 'Centaurs of the desert', 'The man who killed Liberty Valance', 'How green was my valley!'
and 'The quiet man'.
The posters will be displayed between November 27 and December 2 at the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center, at the doors of the Brothers Lumière room.
