In the course of the Mass, in honor of the canonical patron saint of Cartagena, the Virgen del Rosell, an offering was made this year by the council, the Councilor for Tourism and Agriculture, Obdulia Gómez, together with the spokesperson. of the municipal citizens group, Manuel Padín, the councilman of the Popular Party in the city council of Cartagena, Álvaro Valdes, together with other civil, military and religious authorities.
The ecuarist was celebrated by the vicar general of the Diocese of Cartagena, Juan Tudela, at 7:30 p.m. in the Church of Santa María de Gracia.
Precisely because of this festivity, which is traditionally celebrated on the second Sunday of November, on Friday the 10th, the Virgin of Rosell went back to procession in the procession, almost three years after the last time she did it.
