On the occasion of the information published today by the newspaper of La Verdad which states that the delay in the payment of bills by the City has unleashed complaints in companies, the spokesman for Citizens (Cs) in Cartagena, Manuel Padín , has pointed out "these delays in paying service providers, works and supplies mean that our companies can not pay payroll or that even some have to take the closure."

Manuel Padín has announced that his group will ask for explanations at the next ordinary plenary session, "we will prepare a battery of questions to clarify what is happening with the economic management of our City Council and try to trigger a reaction on the part of those responsible to lower that amount of 11 million euros without paying since the end of 2016 as it has been published.
