The counselor of Transparency, Participation and Spokesperson, Noelia Arroyo, today toured the facilities of the Hospitality Santa Teresa de Cartagena, accompanied by its president, Vicente Villar.
The counselor highlighted the work of this entity that provides shelter to the homeless and passersby since 1916, offering them a place where they can cover their basic needs for rest, food and hygiene.
Arroyo said that "from public administrations we must be sensitive to the needs of those who are most vulnerable in society" and praised "the immense work they do in the Hospitality of Santa Teresa."
