The Minister of Transparency, Participation and Spokesperson, Noelia Arroyo, spoke today at the presentation of the 46th edition of the Cartagena International Film Festival (FICC) with its director, Esther Baeza;
the president, Ignacio Ros, and the councilman of culture of the City of Cartagena, David Martínez.
Arroyo stressed that the Cartagena Film Festival "is the dean and most important of the Region of Murcia for its excellent programming and the parallel activities that each year sets in motion."
In addition, he noted that from the Community "not only economic support is offered but also in infrastructures", such as those of MURAM, where activities such as children's film workshops or Super 8 and 16 mm are carried out.
