The illustrious academician Luis Alberto de Cuenca has said that "it is not easy for literary prizes to reach that magical figure, which is why City of Cartagena and the Popular University have sponsored the appearance of this book, whose preparation has been carried out by a excellent Cartagena poet, Antonio Marín Albalate, who has carried out an exquisite task, offering us some of the most suggestive poetic samples of the award-winning poets throughout the three decades that separate 1986 from 2016.
