This weekend, November 4 and 5, the Urban Culture Festival "Urban Ct Fest" will take place.
This participative festival has the objective of placing the city of Cartagena on the map of the Urban Culture or also called Hip Hop Culture.
Urban Ct Fest will show the general vision of this movement through four of its essential modalities: Rap, Hip Hop, Graffiti and Break Dance.
The participating artists will not only be able to carry out their proposals but will be able to exchange experiences.
On Saturday, November 4 will be the Festival's strongest day and will include two scenarios for the development of its activities, the Skate Park on Carlos III Street and the Virgen del Carmen Pavilion.
On Sunday, November 5, the festival participants will enjoy a day of coexistence in the Youth Center of Quarries.
Urban Ct Fest will also have several specialties close to this culture, such as:
Trialbici: an exhibition made by the association of Trialbici de Cartagena.
Skate: the collective Krazy Tricks will teach us all the known tricks.
Parkour and Freerunning: FAM Youth Association proposes the realization of a static circuit with the exhibition and advice of Axel Dupre, Traceur (tracer) French settled in the Region and a route through the city, freerunning.
Urban Dance: The Urban Dance Choreographic Group will share their show with us.
We will finish with a concert in which artists of wide trajectory will participate.
Shaina, Gabyx, Dammy, SuzioMur, Arte MC and La P Wey, and an after party with Dj Jotar and Dj Rafaka.
Those interested in signing up for any of the planned modalities of the festival can do so by emailing urbanct@ayto-cartagena.es, or on the day of the Festival in the spaces designated for that purpose.
The Urban Ct Fest will also have an Urban Art Market that can be registered through the InformaJoven of the Youth Council.
