Another of the deficiencies that remain today is the lack of insulation of the pool, so that the chlorine vapor, highly corrosive, easily expands throughout the enclosure and threatens to damage and oxidize the entire interior cover in a term of four or five months, according to Eduardo Armada.
Both the councilors and the professionals who accompanied them provided some technical solutions to avoid corrosion and achieve the necessary tightness in that area.
The local spokesman of Citizens, Manuel Padín, highlighted the lack of a system of energy use, "cries to the heavens that the building's sustainability has not been taken into account, there is not a single solar panel in these 21,000 square meters, which It will involve a very high maintenance cost, although we believe it is something that can be corrected.
