The Finance and Interior Information Commission, meeting this morning with extraordinary character, under the chairmanship of the councilor of the Area, Francisco Aznar, has ruled favorably, with the vote of quality of the president, a budgetary amendment of chapter I of personnel costs by amount of about 400 thousand euros destined to give economic coverage to part of the overtime hours, that within the agreement of the Regime of Special Dedication, the last month of September agreed the municipal Government with the unions.

Specifically, it refers to the spending of overtime of the municipal brigades Infrastructures and Sports and comes to complement another amendment approved last Friday in the Local Government Board amounting to 800 thousand euros to extend the overtime of Local Police and Fire.

Francisco Aznar explained that this extension of hours has been motivated by the security measures imposed after the terrorist attacks, the large number of events and activities that have been held and the shortage of municipal staff.

CTSSP, which has voted against, has criticized that the money for the modification is taken from necessary items such as cleaning or maintenance of gardens, like Citizens, which in the end has abstained.
