The City Council of Cartagena and the National Museum of Underwater Archeology ARQUA have launched the second edition of Mandarache Book, literary creation workshop that is part of the Mandarache Prize, whose details will be announced on Thursday, November 2.

The press conference, which will be at 17.00 hours at the ARQUA National Museum of Underwater Archeology, will be attended by the Councilor of the Area of ​​Culture, Archaeological Heritage, Youth and Sports, Ricardo Segado, together with Julia Moñino and Ana Villar , of ARQUA.
