The lost aid is the prelude to the dissolution of CA.
CTSSP is surprised to learn by La Verdad that this year from the City of Cartagena will not be eligible for aid from the ARRU Program (Areas of Urban Regeneration and Rehabilitation).
For CTSSP it is unforgivable the loss of aid for the urban recovery of the municipality, and it is not understood how the issue has not been taken to the Board of Directors of CA to inform the municipal groups of the reasons why they were not going to request said aid for the year 2018.
The purple formation has repeatedly requested the dissolution of the Casco Antiguo Society, after years of deficit exercises, financial juggling and artificial survival thanks to the continuous injections of money from the City Council.
Likewise, CTSSP considers that all the management of Casco Antiguo should be transferred to the City Council, and assumed by Patrimonio or Desarrollo Sostenible, for which these aids could have been requested from the respective councils before losing a much needed economic income to the rehabilitation of both the historic center and the neighborhoods of Cartagena.
Finally, CTSSP is still waiting for the (in) viability reports of the Casco Antiguo Company, as it was transferred from the chairmanship in the last Board of Directors of the Company.
The municipal group trusts that the Government will finally comply with its commitment to dissolve society, and not to give in to the coherent position that CTSSP has defended since the beginning of the legislature, but simply to accept the objective data of reality, a reality that has in this loss of aid a new and "unintelligible" chapter.
